Powablack  is a polyester based carcass interplied with rubber. It was originally designed as a transmission belt but was used with great success as a conveyor belt. Powablack is available in 2 Ply, 3 Ply, 4Ply and 5 Ply. The normal construction is a .08mm top cover with a slider back which is also available in R.F.L. form which is plied fabric with fabric surfaces top and bottom for low friction applications. Standard widths are the same as Heavy rubber belting, with a maximum width of 1500mm.

Roughtop belting is similar in construction to Powablack but has a very rough carrying surface with a slider back and is available in 2 Ply or 3 Ply construction, with either Black or Tan covers. Maximum width available is 1500mm, material is cut to clients requirements.

All light duty rubber belting can be made endless, hot ,cold or fitted with the appropriate fasteners in our work shops or on site.
